"We were only going in for a second opinion because the previous ortho was pretty pushy with invisalign. While I think that is a great option for someone older thatat can be responsible for the treatment, my daughter felt braces were something she could do a better job taking care of. From the moment we walked in to the Flower Mound we were greeted by the sweetest gals at the front desk. Georgia promptly took us back and got some info and x-rays were taken. We were given great pictures and were given more details about braces by Georgia, she was incredible and answered every question. Just as we thought these people couldn't be any sweeter, in comes DR. BAILEY! He is high energy, super friendly and knows how to relate to teens and parents alike. He explained timeframe and why braces would be a great option for her in addition to going over x-rays. He, like Georgia, did not finish with us until he was assured we had no additional questions. We were happy to learn we could get started with treatment that day, and of course we did. Merium did a great job getting the braces on and helped with color choices. Dr. Bailey came by many times to ensure everything was going to his instruction. My daughter left beyond happy and I felt good about the process. This place is a well oiled machine and also super involved in their community."

Bailey, was my Orthodontist 4 years ago and needless to say I didn't do right by wearing my retainers. I received a call prior to my first appointment to let me know what I should expect which was very comforting. "I have always been very particular in choosing the medical and dental providers for me and my family. I strived to find the absolute best care even if it meant going out of the network. The providers must have Board certification. When my son needed braces, our dentist recommended Bailey Orthodontics. After the initial consultation, I was impressed with the expertise and was confident my son would receive the best treatment. Dr. Bailey and his staff are very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, organized and patient. I tend to ask lots of questions since I want to fully understand the treatment plans and cost. "We have LOVED our experience with Bailey!!!! We started at another orthodontist and were looking for a second opinion about a year into treatment. As soon as we walked in, the atmosphere, awesome staff and Dr Bailey’s friendly personality was the best contrast to the stiff, rigid and disorganized office we came from!!First kiddo just got her braces off, second kiddo is about halfway through treatment and our youngest is about to get started!!! "I went in to replace a broken/missing retainer. I had my teeth straightened prior to moving to this area so I was a new patient but only needing néw retainers. Dr Bailey explained that my current retainers were fine and I did not need to spend the money for new ones. So he could have made a few dollars off of selling me retainers but he was honest and didn’t even charge me for the consult. And very friendly staff."

"We started going to this Orthodontist since my son was 9 years old, his teeth were a mess and so crooked. Dr Luke Bailey got him on the temporary top braces right away. Within two years after all of his permanent teeth were grown in, he put regular adult braces on him. He just took them off when he was 13, his teeth turned out So PERFECT - We just LOVE the results. And now that he just turned 15 we’re still going back to this Dentistry for uptake and maintenance on retainers, etc. The service here is Great and Dr Bailey is the BEST!"

"I had my braces done back when Dr. Stich was practicing here. Recently, I was having issues with my bottom retainer and decided to get it removed and have a night time retainer made. I came out of town to Bailey Orthodontics as I didn't feel comfortable getting it done anywhere else. Dr. Bailey and staff made me feel at ease with their friendliness and kindness. Working with Diana to get my bottom retainer off was an easy process. Diana did such a great job of removing it. After about ten years of having it on it felt so good to finally have it off. And after taking an impression, Diana made sure that my new retainer would be ready the next day as I was leaving town. I went in for a consultation on a Tuesday not expecting anything to happen. An hour later they were adjusting a payment plan that worked for me and I had my braces in two days later. I’ve been coming in for two years and I’ve developed a relationship with a lot of the staff. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m actually bummed my time with them is coming to an end, which is a weird feeling to have about a dentist. Also my teeth look pretty damn good now, which is awesome."

"I have had to wear braces twice in my life, both as a teenager and now as an adult. Although, wearing them as an adult is not necessarily fun it has been the best experience— even better than when I first wore them at 13. Dr. Bailey is not only extremely professional but his personality makes the entire experience top notch. The staff is so personal and you feel like family when you walk through the door. "Dr. Bailey and his staff are AMAZING! I used their Invisalign services to re-straighten my teeth and correct a bite issue that had been getting worse since I had braces as a teenager many moons ago (through another orthodontist). As a working professional, I appreciated not having metal (or colored) brackets on my teeth. The liners were hardly noticeable. My two daughters on the other hand selected purple and aqua-colored brackets for full braces. Their teeth are super straight and look amazing too! I highly recommend Dr. Bailey for any orthodontic work. And his staff is the most friendly I've come across in any doctor's office. I highly recommend!"

"This is a very professional and well organized office. The staff as a whole is very friendly and they always do the best they can to accomadate you for your schedule. Dr Bailey is an excellent orthodontist; my son's alignment is unbelievable now considering how his bite appeared when we first started treatment. His case was a little bit complicated and we had to use a palatal expander and Herbst Appliance to correct his overjet before he could attempt braces. Every step of the procedure was explained carefully to myself and my son. His profile changed dramatically. He looks great now!"

"Our son got his braces off this summer, just in time for marching band. His teeth look great and he always had a very positive attitude about the process. Dr. Stitch even called him at home the weekend after he got his braces on. Things are a little uncomfortable the first week or so. "My son, who is now 17, started seeing Dr. Stitch in 2006. He eventually was fitted for braces. Dr. Stitch gave my son excellent care! Even though the waiting room was always full he still took his time explaining everything to my mom and I. Dr. Stitch was recommended to us from our Dentist and our General Practitioner, Dr. Tony Swaldi.Our dog ended up chewing on my son's plastic retainer so he wore a crooked one for a while. Eventually his two front teeth went out of alignment and he needed to see Dr. Stitch again. I was informed that Dr. Stitch had retired and Dr. Bailey had taken over the practice. I made an appointment to see Dr. Bailey. It was my first time to meet him and I liked him right away. He let me come back where he was treating my son; there is an open area with three dentist chairs, where parents are welcome to come and observe. I liked that he has an open policy for parents to come back and see what is going on and to ask questions.When he was making a suggestion on what treatment option he recommended, he stated "if it were me, this is what I would do . . . " . I liked the way he phrased his recommendation, I trusted that this was indeed the path he would choose for himself. The office is very nice and comfortable, they have snacks, bottled water and coffee/tea for family/patients :-) which is always a plus! I live in Coppell, a middle/high class suburb, sometimes I worry a Doctor might be "uppity" and more concerned about personal financial gain. This is NOT the case for Dr. Bailey, he is kind, down to earth, efficient and fast! My son liked him as well, which tells me a lot. I highly recommend Dr. Bailey for anyone looking for Orthodontic treatment!"
"We absolutely love this practice - the staff and doctors are amazing and very professional. The big windows looking out into nature are so relaxing and make you forget you are having your teeth worked on! Our dentist insisted on our younger son needing 2 phases of braces but we were so pleased with the honesty Dr. Stich provided us - he said that he did not see the need and suggested we wait a few years. We went back 2 years later and the 15 month treatment plan ended up being 13 months! Both my boys have had their treatments done there and I would highly recommend Bailey and Stich to anyone needing orthodontic work."
