Brittany Spruiell, DDS, MS

Dr. Brittany Spruiell is a board-certified orthodontist who, after graduating from Duke University, obtained her D.D.S. degree from the University of North Carolina, and then completed her orthodontic residency and Master of Science in Dentistry at Texas A&M University School of Dentistry.

Even more importantly to us here at Bailey Ortho, Dr. Spruiell (“Dr. Britt” to her patients) has a huge heart for patient care, and her priority is ensuring that every person she sees receives the very best orthodontic treatment and has fun doing it. Dr. Britt has a remarkable ability to put her patients at ease with her calm and caring demeanor, and her patients absolutely LOVE her. As Dr. Bailey says, she is “a ray of sunshine sent to us all the way from Virginia Beach,” where she grew up and her parents and brothers family reside. In her spare time she loves to travel, visit all the sights and scenes in DFW, and spend time with family and friends. We are so thankful Dr. Britt chose to join our team and make Texas her new home!
