Dr. Luke Bailey LOVES what he does, and it shows! He is outgoing, energetic, and passionate about making you smile bigger, brighter, and more often. He counts it a great blessing to live and practice in the community he serves, and he is focused on building a welcoming and relationship-driven environment for every patient who walks through the door. Dr. Bailey provides orthodontic care to patients across Bailey Orthodontics’ Coppell, Flower Mound, Irving, and Northlake locations.
He thrives on interacting with people and takes pride in creating strong connections with the families he treats. As Dr. Bailey puts it, “We are a service-oriented practice, with service-oriented people who love to care for our neighbors, friends, and each other. We feel so very blessed to have the trust of this community to handle each and every one of their favorite smiles!”
Dr. Bailey married his college sweetheart, Kala Lamb Bailey, in January of 2010. Kala, a practicing psychiatrist and medical director at UT Southwestern Medical Center, is also deeply rooted in the community, where she and her sisters returned to raise their families. Dr. Bailey and Kala have two daughters, Brooklyn and Elliott, who attend preschool in town and love to surprise their dad at the office.
Outside of work, the Baileys enjoy attending school sporting events, dining at local restaurants, and spending time with their extended family and church community.

Wow. Just wow. From start to finish Bailey orthodontics delivers world class customer service. The office decor is impeccable. Everyone you come into contact with is extremely well dressed and professional. The attention to detail every step is amazing. I've been to every orthodontist in Coppell and none compare. I came with my 8 yo who grindes her teeth with airway concerns. Dr Bailey was honest and said she did not need expansion. The other orthodontists tried to get me to do a Nance appliance or phase 1 orthodontic work. Not Dr Bailey. If you don't need orthodontic work he won't try to sell you on it. His honesty is refreshing. I can't recommend this office enough.
Best orthodontics ever! We’ve been coming here since six years, and we always have a great experience. The staff are super friendly and cheerful, Dr. Bailey is great, and the ambience is always nice!!
Dr Bailey is first class. They don't rush you. If you don't need them then they will let you know. My grandkids were 8 and most drs would rush them in before they are ready. Not Dr Bailey, I felt very comfortable in their office. Very nice experience.
Dr. Bailey, Nicole, and Team, made my three kids feel welcome and comfortable and even a little excited about getting braces. I was a patient of Dr. Bailey’s years ago, and now feel very comfortable bringing my kids to his clinic. It’s a warm, joyful place.
Bailey Orthodontics has been amazing! I usually go to their Coppell location, but I visited their location in Flower Mound. The staff is always welcoming, professional, and attentive. They make the entire process easy, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I’ve been very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Bailey Orthodontics to anyone looking for a great orthodontist!
