Dr. Luke Bailey LOVES what he does, and it shows! He is outgoing, energetic, and passionate about making you smile bigger, brighter, and more often. He counts it a great blessing to live and practice in the community he serves, and he is focused on building a welcoming and relationship-driven environment for every patient who walks through the door.
He thrives on interacting with people and takes pride in creating strong connections with the families he treats. As Dr. Bailey puts it, “We are a service-oriented practice, with service-oriented people who love to care for our neighbors, friends, and each other. We feel so very blessed to have the trust of this community to handle each and every one of their favorite smiles!”
Dr. Bailey married his college sweetheart, Kala Lamb Bailey, in January of 2010. Kala, a practicing psychiatrist and medical director at UT Southwestern Medical Center, is also deeply rooted in the community, where she and her sisters returned to raise their families. Dr. Bailey and Kala have two daughters, Brooklyn and Elliott, who attend preschool in town and love to surprise their dad at the office.
Outside of work, the Baileys enjoy attending school sporting events, dining at local restaurants, and spending time with their extended family and church community.

Denton Office: Very accommodating and friendly was the staff who did the interview and preliminary assessment. Dr. Bailey explained very well through X-rays and measurements the problem and the treatment plan. Discussed the payments transparently and straightforward, without having hidden fees. And the clinic is very clean, backyard is very refreshing!

Front desk team greeted me immediately, and then I met with Nicole, who was so sweet - she walked me through the clinic, explained each station, introduced me to the doctor and she also did my pre-appointment prep (my x-rays and photos).Doctor Britt came in and was so nice! She explained my photos and X-rays in detail and provided me with next steps for how treatment would go and what she recommended. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and listened to all of my concerns.After I received my treatment plan they informed me that I could get them on that same day so I did! That process was super quick, and they provided me with supplies, instructions for care and maintenance, made sure I loved my color bands and once everything was put on, I was done!!Such a great experience!
