"We were only going in for a second opinion because the previous ortho was pretty pushy with invisalign. While I think that is a great option for someone older thatat can be responsible for the treatment, my daughter felt braces were something she could do a better job taking care of. From the moment we walked in to the Flower Mound we were greeted by the sweetest gals at the front desk. Georgia promptly took us back and got some info and x-rays were taken. We were given great pictures and were given more details about braces by Georgia, she was incredible and answered every question. Just as we thought these people couldn't be any sweeter, in comes DR. BAILEY! He is high energy, super friendly and knows how to relate to teens and parents alike. He explained timeframe and why braces would be a great option for her in addition to going over x-rays. He, like Georgia, did not finish with us until he was assured we had no additional questions. We were happy to learn we could get started with treatment that day, and of course we did. Merium did a great job getting the braces on and helped with color choices. Dr. Bailey came by many times to ensure everything was going to his instruction. My daughter left beyond happy and I felt good about the process. This place is a well oiled machine and also super involved in their community."

"They were very efficient! I called to set up an appointment and they checked our insurance and made sure we were eligible. During the appointment they were very friendly, accommodating and everyone in the office took good care of each patient. Patients were in and out and Dr. Bailey was very personable. "I have 2 kids going through the orthodontics process at the same time. From our first appt through expanders, braces and one now after braces our family could not be any happier with the entire service. The plan was detailed personalized and clear. From the start everyone in the office has been wonderful to work with. "We had a great experience at Dr. Bailey's office for a consultation for my 7 year old daughter. First we had the new patient coordinator, Jennifer, who came and spoke with us regarding what to expect for our consultation. She was so nice and great with my daughter. She explained that we just needed some pictures so that Dr. Bailey can see what we're working with. A few minutes later Dr. Bailey came in. He was so full of energy and had a big smile, which I absolutely loved! I love the fact that he was honest with us and told us that my daughter really doesn't need anything right now! This is HUGE for me because I never want anyone pushing any unnecessary treatments. To be honest, had he recommended any kind of treatment (expander or something like that), I would have absolutely gotten a second and third opinion before moving forward. Current plan of action is to do nothing and come back for a follow up in a year! Thank you Dr. Bailey!"
"I went in to replace a broken/missing retainer. I had my teeth straightened prior to moving to this area so I was a new patient but only needing néw retainers. Dr Bailey explained that my current retainers were fine and I did not need to spend the money for new ones. So he could have made a few dollars off of selling me retainers but he was honest and didn’t even charge me for the consult. And very friendly staff."

"I would recommend this office location. This is an excellent dental practice for the kids.I don't have to fight with the kids about coming to a dentist appointment. The medical and professional staff are all great. They make the kids feel comfortable by greeting them when they come in the door as well as when they take them into the back room for the needed fixes. The front office has various seating for everyone to sit in comfort. The office seems to be spacious with plentiful seating. It is well decorated with timely fashioned furniture. There are bottles of water and small snack food in the lobby area. This location is tucked into the area behind the Lifetime Fitness Center and adjacent to the bank and the Kroger gas station. There was available parking right in the area along with two handicap parking spots adjacent to the front door. Dr. Bailey is very social with the kids and they respond to his energy and personality really well. I like the idea of being able to get a bottle of water and a snack while waiting for my kids."

"We started going to this Orthodontist since my son was 9 years old, his teeth were a mess and so crooked. Dr Luke Bailey got him on the temporary top braces right away. Within two years after all of his permanent teeth were grown in, he put regular adult braces on him. He just took them off when he was 13, his teeth turned out So PERFECT - We just LOVE the results. And now that he just turned 15 we’re still going back to this Dentistry for uptake and maintenance on retainers, etc. The service here is Great and Dr Bailey is the BEST!"
"It is always a pleasant experience when visiting Dr. Bailey’s office. All of the employees walk around the office with smiles on their faces which just shows you the great atmosphere and the enjoyment of working there in the office. As you know, going to the dentist/orthodontist can be a frightening experience for any young child, but you definitely do not see that in Dr. Bailey’s patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Bailey to anyone looking for a great orthodontist."
